Massage places and massage service in Tallinn!
Massage salons and massage service in Tallinn are the topics I constantly need to cover. Mostly the dialogue goes like that:
“Hello, do you have any massage appointments for today?”
“I am so sorry, but we do not have any openings available. All the times have been taken.”
“Sad to hear that, could you recommend some other good place for a massage in Tallinn?”….
…and then I usually recommend few other places that meet my criteria…and believe me, naming these places does not benefit me at all. It is just that you are most likely to get a really good massage at these places (regadless who is at work at the time). I would never send you to a place where i would not go myself.
It is not my intention to start naming a list of good massage salons in Tallinn, but i would like to give you some insight how I have concluded that this massage salon is good and this one not….Actually it is quite simple…:)
If you have looked at the map and visited Estonia, I am sure you have noticed that Estonia is a fairly small country. In fact we even have a saying here that sums it up: “All Estonians sleep under the same blanket!” It is so true. We all know eachother some way or another – specially what comes to massage therapists. We go to the same massage school, we work and visit the same massage places and we also hear all kinds of stories from our customers. I sometimes even think, that what comes to the field of massage – I am like an automated self updating yellow pages. We are small nation and we know each other, specially what comes to massage therapists…We share the same trade and work in the same area – Tallinn. Of course we hear all kinds of stories about massages, massage salons, other massage therapists etc. I dear to say that if you in the business long enough you become like constantly self updating yellow pages in that field.
So here is the moral of the story: If you want to know where is a good massage salon in Tallinn or where you can find a good massage therapist, find a professional masseuse who is booked. Ask her how long has she been in business and if the answer is more that 5 years then proceed with a question:” Where do you go for a massage or what could you recommend for me?”. I am sure they will tell you and believe me, you won’t regret.
